Pursue things that matter to you. Jealousy is a product of insecurity. Developing the security to pursue what really matters to you builds self-esteem, decreasing insecurity and feelings of unworthiness, or needing someone in your life that reinforces the idea that you are not a loser.
It may seem strange, but if you focus on being less jealous, you’re not working on the root cause of jealousy. You’re fidgeting with a symptom. So it’s good to spend some time with yourself figuring out what’s really important to you, what things you really want to do with your life.
Maybe it’s good to think about life without constraints, if there were no constraints, what would you do? How would you spend your days? Then it’s important to start taking small steps towards creating that reality for yourself.
this will be an overall most positive version of yourself, filled with positive, emanating positive energy, which will attract the right kind of person to you.
